MCR have received their first lot of aftermarket tires for their R35 GT-R. Yokohama DNA S.Drive in 285/30R20 and 255/40R20. Released mid 2007 this tire is a performance street tyre which since the end of 2007 has been shipping in a wide variety of 20″ sizes. This makes them an interesting alternative to expensive OEM or Bridgestone/Dunlop supplied runflat tires. Assuming MCR fit these and take to Fuji Speedway soon it will be interesting to see how they do against the RE070’s and Dunlops.
