COBB Tuning AccessPORT Update
The COBB Tuning AccessPORT for Nissan GT-R device is designed to allow workshops and end users to plug into and modify settings in their GT-R’s ECU. Settings such as fuel, timing and ignition maps, speed and rev limits and so forth. This latest version of the AccessPORT is currently in beta testing with a few select GT-R owners around the world but judging by what the guys over at COBB are saying it’s very close to a releasable product.
Currently COBB are working on three different tunes to include in the AccessPORT. A speed delimiter tune which just removes the 180km/h speed limit on JDM GT-Rs, Stage-1 tune for standard or cars with a cat-back exhaust system and Stage-2 for cars with removed or hi-flow cats.
You can read more info on this over at the COBB Tuning forums at the link below.
