New Nissan GT-R Quarter Mile Record Set Tonight – 10.852 @ 128mph
NAGTROC member from Florida, Johnturbo has been chasing 10’s in his Nissan GT-R pretty much since day one. Having had a temporary setback when he was kicked off the track for running too fast without a roll cage he is now back.
Tonight down at Orlando Speed World Dragway he finally saw those 10’s and not just 10’s. He’s now the quickest Nissan R35 GT-R managing a 10.852 @ 128.86 mph!
Congratulations John!!! Thanks to Chuck from NAGTROC for the notification.

Update: John has a drag racing addition and tonight beat his best time managing a 10.8 flat at 126.5mph. He also managed a 1.51 sec 60ft time which is damn good.

AWWW YEAH JohnTurbo! That’s what I’m talking about!
You start going any faster and you’re gonna need a parachute to stop…
…and maybe a “Oh SH**” ejection seat.
That’s SOLID dude. I can’t wait to send my rig to your company for some “tuning”. Heh.

Wow,
That isn’t just getting into the 10’s. That’s walking up to them, kicking them in the balls, and saying, “Take that, M&-%er FU%^*e”.
Great job – these GT-Rs will be giving a lot of people a lot of thrills.
