I agree with Andre why didn’t they? They mentioned that they will later in a series but common… I’ve been waiting to see results so I can poke fun of it yet again!

Did he say “I can see your beaver from a mile
away” to the gas station lady?

Actually they did say that they will test it on the track later in the series. This was just a little taste really, plus this was one of the longest races they ever did, 30 minutes of video on the show. I cant wait!

    A question to gtrhater

Why would you poke fun at the GTR, wouldn’t it be more beneficial to improve your English and grammar?

“common” I think you mean “come on”

It’s quite ‘common’ knowledge that ‘Top Gear’ isn’t the same dreary format as most car shows, that’s why your important technical details are missing, it’s more for entertainment value.

I don’t have a problem with my spelling mistakes. The bottom line is to get a message across. If you have problem with my spelling mistakes then don’t read my posts :) . As for the GTR. I just like to poke fun of it. It’s a free country :P

Eventually I’ll come to respect it but today is not that day.

Daniel, dont take everything on these walls so personally! Anyone is free to just poke fun at a car. Unless the car is your mom, its better not to try and defend it :)

Great episode. In my opinion one of my faves.. the ending was tense!!

The best thing abot Top Gear is that one episode can be hilarious (Peele 50 micro car), and another like this one can be positively riveting.

Great driving, Clarkson. You’re like a Stig with an opinion that matters.

gtrhater: want results to poke fun at it, how about 7:29 around the ring, can’t poke fun at that result, hehe!

Will have to wait and see about the excitement level whilst driving the car, I won’t take journalists words for it and judging from the turn in oversteer around nurburgring and Clarksons “power overster” around some of the touge style corners in Japan, it looks like a hell of a lot of FAST fun. Sure drifts won’t last too long, but wait til it gets the power.

As much as I would like to believe those times I simply can’t because there is just wayyy to many things that make more sense to why it can’t do those times that fast. If Nissan said hey guys we got new GTR check it out I would most likley love it from day one but since they started coming out with allllll the hype that is exactly what killed it for me.
